The course of Self-defense offers techniques in disarming an opponent, apprehending, escaping and dominance. This course requires plenty of practice and understanding, therefore the interest and involvement of the student is a must. This course will teach the student that confronting an opponent is more that just applying force or having a fight; it is about executing the right technique at the right moment.

Duration: 6 hours (in 2 days)

2. AKL ELITE CORP Certificate of completion

Note: To receive an AKL ELITE CORP Certificate the student will have to pass a final examination on the specific course taken. In case of failing the examination the student will have the opportunity to attend the same course free of charge. Any additional examinations will have an additional cost. The students will only be allowed to take the final examination a maximum of three times in a period of no more than six months.
